Jamie Lee Curtis Plays Mama Bear For Lohan

USA Today

After Trump's disgusting comments about former co-star Lindsay Lohan, Jamie Lee Curtis speaks up.

After hearing what Donald Trump's comments about former Freaky Friday co-star Lindsay Lohan, Jamie Lee Curtis is bringing out the claws.

Today, an interview with Howard Stern's radio show resurfaced and unsurprisingly caused an outrage. In the interview, Trump referred to Lohan as "probably deeply troubled and therefore great in bed." He continued by saying, "how come the deeply troubled women, you know, deeply, deeply troubled, they're always the best in bed?" At the time of the show, Trump was 58 and Lohan was only 18 years old.

Naturally on the defense, Curtis fired back to defend Lohan who played her daughter in the 2003 mega-hit. Addressing Trump directly, Curtis tweeted: "How dare you. She needed help." In the tweet below, you'll see that she also included a photo from their movie together.

Fairly outspoken, Curtis has never been a fan of Trump. In another tweet, she used a separate photo of her and Lohan with shocked expressions referencing Trump's refusal to admit that he kissed a reporter without her consent in 2005. This story became wildly popular when Trump denying the claim about groping the reporter because she was not attractive. smh

CNN reached out to Lohan and a source told them that "Right now, Lindsay is choosing to focus on the positive things happening in her life and has decided to disregard the comments made about her by presidential nominee Donald Trump. She is focusing on helping children around the world in need, and that's where her passion is."

If you're like the rest of us, you're either 1. cheering Curtis on as she takes on the beast or 2. wondering how anyone can be so monumentally arrogant AND a possible presidential nominee. #ImWithHer
