Follow these 4 tips to shrink a bit before you eat your heart out.

When it comes to the holidays, there are many stress factors upon us. We are worried about being around friends and family we haven't seen in a while, we are worried about being able to afford all of the gift-buying that is coming up, and we are definitely worried about packing on those holiday pounds.

These three tips will help you shed some unwanted cushion pre-holiday and also allow you to monitor your body throughout all of the turkey, rolls and never-ending amounts of (disgustingly delicious) pie...

Start Jumping!

Jumping rope can burn 600 calories per hour. You can buy a jump rope at Target, on and several other shops but make sure that you're buying a workout rope and not a child's jumping rope 😉

Eat Your Heart Out... For Breakfast At Least!

Start your day with a big, high-protein breakfast.

Some great ideas for food are: - Greek Yogurt - Turkey Bacon - Cottage Cheese - Eggs - Skim Milk - Whey Protein - Peanut Butter - Chicken Sausage

Drink Up!

Drinking water is good for you for several reasons. When it comes to weight loss, water can help in two ways: 1. drinking water will help burn calories faster and 2. drinking water before meals can help reduce your appetite.

That being said, you should give it a go! Try drinking one full glass per hour and then go up from there. For meals, drink a glass of water with a lemon wedge once before you eat and once after. This will help you feel full faster and reduce the chance of you overeating!
