Aziz Ansari has joined forces with his fellow Muslim stand-up comedians to make a stand against Donald Trump. Criticizing this billionaire, Ansari is hell-bent on making sure that young millennials are not voting for Trump, an apparent Islamophobe.
In a clip that was released a few days ago, Ansari is criticizing millennials for their inability to understand the importance of voting for Clinton. He jokes, Oh Aziz, some of the millennials are really responding to you, if you can make a video... He responds blatantly saying, "‘Really?? There’s a f**king guy running that says he hates brown people. That’s not enough?'”
Earlier this year, Ansari wrote an op-ed to The New York Times describing his fears for the safety of his family. He wrote, "with presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and others like him spewing hate speech, prejudice is reaching new levels. It’s visceral, and scary, and it affects how people live, work and pray. It makes me afraid for my family. It also makes no sense."
The "Master of None" star worked with NextGen Climate to create a video urging the young population to find their polling location and VOTE.
