Find a role model, whether it’s Beyoncé, Jennifer Lawrence, or your friend Camille. Find someone in which you idolize their confidence, then when you are feeling down, ask yourself what they would do in the situation. Say you feel insecure in your new bikini and put on a cover up. Then ask: Would Queen B put on a cover up? Hell no! Leave it at home and strut your confidence down that sandy beach.
