Ellen Padnos is a mom, wife, daughter, aunt and friend. She lives in Manhattan Beach, California, with her husband, Ben, two young children, Anthony and Annie, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lola.  She enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, shopping at Farmer’s Markets, cooking healthy meals, and reading.
